Warranty Policy
At Bio Digester Experts Kenya, we stand behind the engineering of our BioDigester Systems. However, because these systems rely on a delicate biological balance and specific anaerobic conditions, this warranty is strictly conditional upon professional maintenance and authorized servicing.
1. 10-Year Structural Warranty
We provide a 10-year limited warranty on the structural integrity of the biodigester tank (covering cracks or manufacturing defects).
The Condition: This warranty remains valid only if the system is installed and annually inspected by a Bio Digester Experts Kenya certified technician.
Exclusion: Any structural damage caused by unauthorized excavation, building over the system, or third-party modifications will void this warranty.
2. Performance & Odor-Free Guarantee
We guarantee that our systems will efficiently break down organic waste and remain odor-free when operated according to our specifications.
The Condition: This guarantee is active only when the system is maintained exclusively with our Authorized Bio-Enzyme Treatments.
Unauthorized Interference: Use of non-approved chemicals, “home-remedy” cleaners, or enzymes from untrained third-party vendors will immediately void the performance guarantee.
3. The “Certified Maintenance” Clause
Important: To ensure the longevity of your investment, only trained Bio Digester Experts Kenya technicians are authorized to perform maintenance, sludge checks, or system “re-charging.”
This warranty does not cover any faults, blockages, or biological failures caused by:
Maintenance performed by untrained individuals or third-party “plumbers.”
Physical tampering with the internal baffles or filtration chambers by unauthorized personnel.
The introduction of non-biodegradable materials (plastics, sanitary products, etc.) which a professional technician would have identified during a routine inspection.
4. Annual Maintenance Service (AMS)
To keep your warranty in good standing, we recommend enrolling in our Annual Maintenance Service. Our team will:
Test the microbial activity levels.
Inspect the inlet/outlet flow for potential obstructions.
Check the integrity of the soak pit.
Re-charge the system with high-potency enzymes.
How to Maintain Your Warranty
Keep Records: Retain all service receipts provided by our technicians.
Report Issues Early: If you notice a change in system performance, contact our support team immediately before attempting any “self-fixes.”
Use Only Approved Enzymes: Purchase your enzyme refills directly through our website or authorized agents.
