Welcome to Bio Digester Experts Kenya. This Payment and Billing Policy outlines our secure payment methods and explains how your transactions are processed from checkout to order confirmation.

1. Secure M-Pesa Payments

M-Pesa is our primary secure payment method for customers across Kenya.

  • Process: Select M-Pesa at checkout and enter your registered mobile number.

  • Authorization: You will receive an automated STK Push prompt on your phone. Enter your PIN to authorize the transaction.

  • Confirmation: Once successful, you will receive an official M-Pesa confirmation and an order summary from us via email or SMS.

2. Visa & Mastercard Payments

We accept all major Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards for secure online transactions.

  • Security: Your card details are entered on a secure, encrypted payment page. We utilize trusted, PCI-compliant payment gateways to ensure your financial data is protected.

  • Process: After the transaction is approved by your bank, you will receive an immediate order confirmation email with your transaction details.

3. Billing & Pricing Terms

  • Currency: All prices listed on www.biodigester.co.ke are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh).

  • Taxes: All prices are inclusive of 16% VAT as per Kenyan statutory requirements.

  • Full Payment: To ensure timely delivery and scheduling of installations, full payment is required at checkout before an order or service request is processed.

  • No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price. We offer Free Nationwide Delivery on all products.

4. Data Privacy & Security

Your security is our priority.

  • We do not collect or store card details, M-Pesa PINs, or sensitive financial information on our servers.

  • All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted gateways to protect against unauthorized access or fraud.

5. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails, your order will remain in a “Pending” status and will not be processed. You may retry the transaction or contact our support team for assistance with alternative payment arrangements.
