1. Delivery Costs

Standard Delivery: We offer Free Shipping on all products and components to all 47 counties in Kenya.

Installation Logistics: For full system installations (1M³ to 4M³), the transport for technical teams and heavy equipment is included in your formal quotation. Any specialized logistics requirements will be communicated clearly in advance.
2. General Delivery Information

Service Coverage: We provide nationwide delivery and installation across Kenya. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EAT – Nairobi). Orders received after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes order confirmation, scheduling site visits, and material preparation.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Transit times are calculated from the day of dispatch:

Major Towns (e.g., Kisumu, Nakuru, Mombasa): 2–4 Business Days.

4. Logistics & Handling
We partner with premier logistics providers, including Wells Fargo Kenya, G4S, and other trusted local transport networks, to ensure your sanitation equipment arrives safely and on time.

Confirmation: A signature or site sign-off is required upon delivery or project completion.
6. Damaged or Lost Items

Damage Claims: Please inspect your items upon arrival. Report any damage within 24 hours with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.

Lost Items: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us immediately. we will coordinate with our logistics partners to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Customer Responsibilities

Accuracy: We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Site Readiness: For installations, if a site is unprepared or the customer is absent at the scheduled time, rescheduling fees may apply to cover transport costs.
